Where is the repair shop in Patong?+
TK Mobile Service is at 67/25 Phrabaramee Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, opposite Super Cheap near the Government Savings Bank intersection. This is our physical workshop; use the directions link before travelling.
Can I walk in without an appointment?+
Yes. Regular hours are Sunday–Friday, 11:00–20:00, with Saturday closed. Message first to confirm that day's opening, parts and queue, especially if you need the phone before a flight or excursion.
Can I send my phone from a hotel by Grab?+
Yes, after the shop confirms it can receive the device and explains the inspection fee and packing details. You arrange and pay for delivery yourself. We confirm when it arrives; arrival is not permission to start repairs.
Can I wait at the shop and pay by card?+
There is a waiting area and Wi-Fi. Payment is by cash or Thai bank transfer/QR; credit cards are not currently accepted. Ask about the likely repair time before deciding to wait.
Do you repair phones at my hotel?+
No. Repairs take place at our Patong workshop. You can visit or discuss sending the device by a delivery service you arrange yourself.
